La demora por averiguación de identidad. Control policial y violencia institucional

Abstract

El presente trabajo es un estudio sobre la demora por averiguación de identidad en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires durante el período 2011-2014. El objetivo de esta investigación es evaluar las prácticas de demora por averiguación de identidad por parte de las fuerzas policiales y de seguridad como mecanismo de control poblacional y si dichos procedimientos enmascaran o no prácticas discriminatorias a ciertos sectores de la sociedad. Para ello, se analizarán las actas de demora por averiguación de identidad obtenidas durante un año de turno judicial correspondientes a tres Juzgados Nacionales en lo Correccional que comprenden el período de enero de 2011 a enero de 2014.
