Abstract

Hakemlerin hukum verme yetkisinin süre ile sınırlandırıldığı du­rumlarda tahkim süresinden söz edilir. Tahkim suresi taraflarca kararlaştırılabilir ya da kanunla duzenlenmiş olabilir. Hukuk sistemimizde tah­kim suresi kanunlarla (HMK m. 427; MTK m. 10/B) bir yıl olarak du­zenlenmiş olmakla birlikte, taraflarca daha kısa ya da daha uzun bir süre kararlaştinlabilir.
