RiassuntoIl neurinoma del nervo faciale merita adeguata attenzione per l’importanza funzionale del nervo faciale nella vita di relazione. La possibilità di studio di quattro casi di neurinoma del nervo faciale, giunti alla nostra osservazione, ha fatto ritenere degna di interesse la loro presentazione allo scopo di sottolineare 1’importanza della diagnosi precoce e dell’exeresi chirurgica con anastomosi nervosa immediata per evitare una paralisi faciale permanente.Parole chiavi: Neurinoma o Schwannoma del nervo faciale intratemporale, Tumore del nervo faciale, Chirurgia del nervo faciale.
