[EN]The main purpose of this work is to construct snow load maps in Spain that can help structural designers. A data base has been constructed by means of termopluviometric observations in more than 1.000 stations. The snow load value is determined as 50 years mean recurrence interval value. Empirical relationships between snow and altitude are determined for different climatic regions.
