Abstract

Thesis (DProjectManagement)--University of South Australia, 2011. Since 1993, Vietnam has utilised Official Development Assistance (ODA) resources to promote its socio-economic development and has achieved many of the goals it desired. However, problems were found in the management of these projects both at macro- and micro-levels. This thesis was therefore undertaken with the intention of improving the management of ODA projects in Vietnam into the future. Includes bibliographical references (pages 359-384).
