Tverrprofesjonelt samarbeid mellom skole og barnevern. En innholdsanalyse av pensumlitteraturen i grunnutdanningene for barnevernspedagoger, sosionomer og grunnskolelærere.

Abstract

This research project conserns parts of the curriculum literature for educations in social work, child welfare and elementary school teacher, and it examines how cross-professional cooperation is presented. A literature review of four chapters in four basic books has been carried out. The data material has been obtained from the various educational institutions listed on the website www.utdanning.no and their curriculum lists for the educations for socialworker, child welfare worker and primary school teacher for the years 2016 to 2018. The texts have been examined using content analytical methods. In this way it has been possible to find information on how the phenomenon of cross-professional collaboration is presented to students in these programs. The findings have pointed to inequality regarding the approach to the phenomenon and emphasis on different aspects of cross-professional cooperation. The findings have been divided into topics that deal with laws and regulations, the collaborative process, inhibiting and promoting factors for cooperation, as well as social innovation and the development of cross-professionalism. Furthermore, the results have shown differences in the way concepts relating to interprofessional cooperation are defined and described. All the texts examined concern collaboration across professional boundaries, and the findings show great variation when it comes to processing definitions and conceptual clarifications. This points to a potential if a target for the educations is to approach each other in the way the cross-professional cooperation is treated.
