mujer y mercado de trabajo

Abstract

The change in the model of women’s work is an unquestionable reality that profoundly marked the development of the Valencian employment market in the last quarter of the 2Oth century. Women’s participation in work activities has undergone a steady increase. However, this increase in activity should not hide the special features of their incorporation into the job market. The fact that many women have opted for a paid job has not been able to remove the obstacles to their participation under equal conditions. The analysis of this transformation is the purpose of this article.
