Abstract

The area designed to host the critical contributions inside the MoRE website receives and relaunches a debate which is actually taking place on the online magazine of the Italian union of writers, Le Reti di Dedalus, and started from an article by Gabriella de Marco (Come archiviare sul web la storia dell’arte?), which moved from the announcement of Bartolomeo Pietromarchi, director of MACRo, Roma, regarding his intention of realising a visual atlas dedicated to the Roman art scene. At this invitation for a methodological reflection answered Francesca Zanella, who presented - with the article Archiviare il non realizzato - the experience of MoRE, which puts together the digital architecture with a particular aspect of the contemporary artistic researches (the unrealized), and Valentina Silvestri who wrote about on-line archives and museums.
