Parodiae libertas. Sondaggi sulla parodia italiana del Cinquecento

Abstract

Concepito inizialmente come indagine sulle forme della riscrittura comica in un determinato periodo storico-culturale (il Rinascimento italiano), il presente lavoro ha assunto in corso d'opera un carattere progettuale: le problematiche insite nella definizione del concetto di parodia e la necessità di un'analisi preliminare delle riflessioni cinquecentesche in materia hanno infatti condotto la ricerca a prendere in considerazione in primo luogo le fonti teoriche del XVI secolo, in particolare due trattati di G. C. Scaligero e di H. Estienne, nell'ottica di una più approfondita comprensione del fenomeno. Sono stati tuttavia affrontanti anche alcuni 'casi' eminenti di scrittura parodica.
