Abstract

Estudio cualitativo a partir del referencial de la investigación social, que tuvo como objetivo conocer las acciones desarrolladas en el área de salud mental en nueve municipios que componen el módulo asistencial de Cascavel, Paraná, Brasil, pertenecientes a la 10ª Regional de Salud. Los sujetos que participaron del estudio fueron nueve secretarios municipales de salud. La recopilación de datos se realizó mediante una entrevista semi-estructurada. Para el análisis de los resultados se utilizó la técnica del Discurso del Sujeto Colectivo (DSC). Se encontraron cinco DSC y tres temas generadores de significaciones que son: reordenación de los servicios, visita domiciliaria y prevención. Este artículo presenta el Tema 1 - Reorganización de los Servicios. La misma debe contemplar modalidades diversificadas de atención en salud mental e integrarse a la red territorial básica.

Os sujeitos participantes do estudo foram nove secretários municipais de saúde. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de uma entrevista semi-estruturada, de julho a setembro de 2004. Para analise dos resultados utilizou-se como técnica o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC). Foram encontrados cinco DSC e três temas geradores de significações, que são: reorganização dos serviços, visita domiciliar e prevenção. Este artigo apresenta o Tema 1 – Reorganização dos Serviços. Esta deve contemplar modalidades diversificadas de atenção em saúde mental e integradas à rede básica territorializada.

This qualitative study, based on social survey, aimed at understanding actions carried out in mental health in nine cities of the 10th Health District of the Health Care Module of Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil. Nine municipal health secretaries participated in a semi-structured interview carried out between July and September, 2004. Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) was used to analyze the data. Five CSD and three meaning-generating themes (service reorganization, home visits, and prevention) were identified. The present article discusses theme 1 – service reorganization, which should include diverse mental health care modes integrated to the regional basic health care network.
