La Fiscalización Ambiental del OEFA en el Sector Pesquería.
En el sector pesquería, el OEFA fiscaliza (en sentido amplio) el cumplimiento de las obligaciones ambientales en el desarrollo de las actividades de procesamiento pesquero industrial y acuicultura de mayor escala, las cuales se encuentren previstas en las normas, instrumentos de gestión ambiental y mandatos emitidos por el OEFA. En el marco de dicha función, el OEFA impone las sanciones y medidas administrativas que considere pertinentes.
