Abstract

La pesca intensiva de los tiburones y en especial de sus aletas (se confecciona un plato para ocasiones y personas especiales) ponen en peligro su existencia. En la zona protegida las Doce Leguas y Nuevitas (Cuba), los turistas pueden alimentarlos, así como también, en otros 200 sitios más de buceo en el mundo.
