
The aim of this overview is to show how a gynecology practice in one non university town diagnoses, treats and monitor the effect of treatment of genital Chlamydia infections (GCI). It goes into finance difficulties we meet diagnosing, identification and appropriate treatment due to the NHIF limitations. Our experience and conclusions over different social groups and patient's motivation for diagnosis and treatment.
