
Results of an experimental study performed on 67 adult mongrel dogs were analyzed. Complex examination demonstrated that disorders of hemomicrocirculation in the area of end-to-end anastomosis led to significant disorders of tissue hemostasis, severe pathomorphological changes in tissues of intestinal wall resulted in unfavorable regeneration in anastomosis area. Side-to-side anastomosis is accompanied by insignificant inflammation and microcirculatory disorders that promotes complete recovery of affected intestinal tissues, decreased marginal necrosis of mucosa, reduced adhesive process. Healing of intestinal suture is realized by primary tension.
