
The case of a 75-year-old patient is reported in whom one of the rare complications of the duodenal ulcer, the choledochoduodenal fistula, has occurred as a result of the prolonged course of this disease. The case was solved by "indirect treatment" of the pathologic complex, with very good results confirmed over time.
