Human Strongyloidiasis due to nematode strongyloidesstercoralis, represents a diagnostic problem, and its treatment with newdrugs is better than before but no completely successful. Hyperinfectionsyndrome, the most severe clinical form of this helminthiasis, represents a challenge for treatment, and has a very high mortality index. On the other hand, the lack of knowledge about strongyloides immunobiology, and host-parasite relationship, preclude our total understanding of the symptoms and disease evolution. In this paper, we review widely several topics on Human Strongyloidiasis
