[GC-MS analysis of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis].

Abstract

To determine chemical constituents of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D. C.) Koidz by quantitative with qualitative analysis.By GC and GC/MS/DS analytical technology and SE-54 capillary column, the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D. C.) Kiodz were systematically analyzed.68 peaks were separated, which occupied over 90% of the total area of all chromatographic peaks. The 55 components were identified.The number of compoments of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D. C.) Koidz determined in this analysis, are two times as many as those reported in some literatures.
