In this study, melamine impregnated waste coating papers (M), which are produced as waste in plate factories, were used as a raw material in the production of particleboard in mixture with normal particleboard. The waste melamine paper was used only in 5 different ratios of 1%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 9% in the middle layer. UF glue was used as 13% in the surface layer and 7% in the middle layer compared to the full dry chip weight. According to the results, non-linear changes in the physical and mechanical properties of the sheets were observed with the addition of waste melamine paper. Optimum results were obtained with the addition of 5% and 7% waste melamine paper.
