Abstract

La presente guía tiene como finalidad brindar una serie de recomendaciones, orientadas a mejorar la transparencia y la buena gestión de las entidades de gestión colectiva, ello sin perjuicio de los casos en concreto de presuntas infracciones que determine la Comisión de Derecho de Autor.
