El presente documento permite diagnosticar la situación actual del aseguramiento de calidad en software bajo tecnologías IVR en el rubro financiero de la empresa salvadoreña y poder demostrar que ejecutar un buen plan de pruebas de calidad promueve mejoras sustanciales en la experiencia de los clientes al momento de utilizar los canales de atención telefónicos. Se provee a su vez, una serie de pasos y recomendaciones que pueden ser de utilidad para proyectos similares.
