Il processo HBIM per il costruito

Abstract

La digitalizzazione del settore delle costruzioni è un fenomeno in continua espansione. La progressiva introduzione del BIM da parte delle normative nazionali ed internazionali testimonia la sua importanza dovuta alla capacità di controllare l’intero ciclo edilizio grazie alla possibilità di gestire, all’interno di un’unica piattaforma, un grande quantitativo di dati e informazioni. Nonostante l’applicazione di tale procedura al patrimonio costruito (Historic BIM) presenti ancora alcune criticità, il suo utilizzo offre indiscusse potenzialità per quanto riguarda il controllo dei processi di conoscenza, documentazione, gestione e riqualificazione.
