Abstract

Se presentan los puntos más importantes para analizar los procesos que se llevan a cabo dentro de la empresa de producción como Grupo Lemus y las posibles soluciones para mejorar la realización de dichos procesos. Se da a conocer de manera detallada el proceso de producción del Polín C – 4 Ch – 16, en el cual cual se controla y organiza verifica que el proceso se encuentre estandarizado de la forma más óptima y que cumpla con los principios de ergonomía, economía de movimientos.

The most important points are presented to analyze the processes that are carried out within the production company as Grupo Lemus and the possible solutions to improve the realization of these processes. The production process of Polín C - 4 Ch - 16 is made known in detail, in which it is controlled and organized verifies that the process is standardized in the most optimal way and that it complies with the principles of ergonomics, economy of movements.
