La ley, que justifica legalmente los procedimientos despóticos y criminosos contra los deudores insolventes, permite, en su racionalidad, la violación de los derechos humanos básicos de las personas humanas. Su quiebre, suspensión y desobediencia son legítimos, en nombre de la justicia, de la humanización de la vida humana y de la critica a la ley que encuentra el padre- nuestro su fundamentación teológica.
The law, which legally justified despotic and felons proceedings against insolvent debtors, allows in its rationality, the violation of basic human rights of human persons.
