Imperial Public Administration. Notes about the Maximiliano De Habsburgo Government

Abstract

The Second Mexican Empire was organized in such an extraordinarily detailed manner as can be seen on the legislation approved by Maximilian of Habsburgo. There were no spaces for irresponsible creativity or ingenuity, but, on the contrary, rationality and the search of efficiency were a constant in the normative documents of the administration of public affairs.
