El presente estudio evaluó la efectividad de una estrategia pedagógica basada en actividades sensoriales y artísticas para mejorar la motricidad fina en niñas de transición del grupo 01 de la jornada de la tarde en la I.E.M. Técnica Comercial Santa Rita. Participaron 25 niñas, seleccionadas debido a dificultades iniciales observadas en la coordinación óculomanual y el control de la fuerza durante actividades que requerían precisión. Los resultados muestran que, tras la implementación de la estrategia, el 85% de las niñas mejoraron significativamente en su capacidad de realizar movimientos precisos, evidenciado por un aumento del 40% en la puntuación promedio de las escalas utilizadas para evaluar habilidades motoras finas. Las categorías trabajadas incluyeron la coordinación óculo-manual, la fuerza y precisión de movimientos, y la autonomía en la manipulación de herramientas como pinceles y plastilina. Además, las actividades artísticas no solo impactaron el desarrollo motriz, también fomentaron la creatividad y la autoexpresión. Las niñas mostraron un incremento del 30% en su participación activa y en su capacidad para interactuar con materiales nuevos, demostrando un desarrollo emocional y social significativo. Este estudio concluye que las actividades sensoriales y artísticas son herramientas efectivas para el fortalecimiento integral de la motricidad fina, sugiriendo su integración como estrategia complementaria en contextos educativos similares.
The present study evaluated the effectiveness of a pedagogical strategy based on sensory and artistic activities to improve fine motor skills in transition girls of group 01 of the afternoon session at the I.E.M. Técnica Comercial Santa Rita. Twenty-five girls participated, selected due to initial difficulties observed in hand-eye coordination and strength control during activities requiring precision. The results show that, following the implementation of the strategy, 85% of the girls significantly improved in their ability to perform precise movements, evidenced by a 40% increase in the average score of the scales used to assess fine motor skills. The categories worked on included hand-eye coordination, strength and precision of movements, and autonomy in the manipulation of tools such as brushes and plasticine. In addition, artistic activities not only impacted motor development, but also encouraged creativity and self-expression. Girls showed a 30% increase in their active participation and ability to interact with new materials, demonstrating significant emotional and social development. This study concludes that sensory and artistic activities are effective tools for the comprehensive strengthening of fine motor skills, suggesting their integration as a complementary strategy in similar educational contexts.
