Abstract

La evolución de las estrategias de marketing ha permitido que los modelos de negocio progresen de manera integral y sostenible. El sector salud también se ha visto involucrado con una óptica diversa del marketing, alineándose a los avances de la tecnología y sus propios objetivos sociales. Sin embargo, las distintas estrategias de marketing empleadas han sido pobremente documentadas y comprendidas, especialmente en Colombia. Nace aquí la necesidad de entender la dinámica actual que maneja el sector salud en el marketing para determinar sus posibles beneficios y actuales dificultades de implementación. Objetivo: Identificar los factores que influyen en la implementación del mercadeo en el sector salud en Colombia. Metodología: Estudio cualitativo y descriptivo tipo estado del arte. Búsqueda en base de datos Redalyc, PubMed, Google Academic. Resultados: Las estrategias mayormente utilizadas por el sector salud incluyen el marketing social, el marketing digital y el marketing holístico. Los beneficios se han reflejado en un mayor relacionamiento con sus usuarios y la mejoría de sus procesos asistenciales y administrativos. Las mayores dificultades radican en conflictos morales de los miembros del sector a las practicas mercantiles.

Marketing strategies progress has allowed business models to thrive in a sustainable and comprehensive way. Healthcare areas have also been involved with a different, diverse and view of marketing, in line with technology advances and its own social agenda. However, the various implemented marketing strategies have been poorly documented and comprehended, especially in Colombia. That’s why the need to understand the current dynamic that healthcare uses in marketing will allow to determine the possible benefits and current implementation issues. Method: Qualitative-descriptive-state of the art study. Research will be done in databases such as Redalyc, PubMed, Google Academic. Results: Strategies most used in healthcare include social marketing, digital marketing and holistic marketing. Most benefits show a stronger relationship with customers and upgrades of clinical and administrative processes. The greater implementation issues related to moral conflicts of healthcare members regarding marketing practices
