El presente informe tiene por objeto dar cuenta de las prácticas profesionales realizadas en la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) seccional Villavicencio, entidad del orden nacional, adscrita al Ministerio de Hacienda, que tiene como objetivo avalar la seguridad fiscal del estado colombiano mediante la recaudación, control y cumplimiento de todas aquellas obligaciones tributarias, aduaneras, cambiarias. En donde me desempeñé en el área fiscalización, analizando diferentes bases de datos según diferentes criterios mediante las plataformas que la DIAN dispone para las mismas. Dentro del documento también se evidencian temas como la información general de la entidad, teniendo en cuenta de esta manera su perfil, misión, visión, objetivo y demás. Por otro lado, también se expone todo el proceso vivido durante los cuatro meses de ejecución de la pasantía y como a partir de ahí se crea un plan de mejora para la unidad de fiscalización y liquidación tributaria extensiva.

The purpose of this report is to give an account of the professional practices carried out in the Special Administrative Unit of the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) Villavicencio section, a national entity, attached to the Ministry of Finance, which aims to ensure the fiscal security of the Colombian state through the collection, control and compliance of all tax, customs and exchange obligations. I worked in the area of auditing, analyzing different databases according to different criteria through the platforms that the DIAN has for them. The document also shows topics such as the general information of the entity, taking into account its profile, mission, vision, objective and others. On the other hand, the whole process experienced during the four months of execution of the internship and how from there an improvement plan is created for the extensive tax auditing and tax liquidation unit.
