Automatización de procesos de archivística mediante software de control documental

Abstract

En este trabajo se expone el proceso de desarrollo de un software de automatización de archivo que pueda escribir Tablas de Retención Documental con sus respectivas matrices de evaluación, todo ello a partir de la información dada por el usuario. Este proceso involucra desde el enfoque conceptual hasta el modelo, la interfaz y la implementación utilizando Java SE. Este trabajo integra conocimientos en diversas áreas como persistencia de datos, web scrapping, algoritmos, estructuras de datos y operaciones de archivo I/O.

On this paper, it is exposed the development process for an archiving automation software that can write Document Retention Tables with their respective evaluation matrices, all this from information given by the user. This process involves all the way from the conceptual approach to the model, interface and implementation using Java SE. This work integrates knowledge in several areas such as data persistence, web scrapping, algorithms, data structures and I/O file operations.
