Abstract

Este trabajo de grado muestra un análisis de la Asociatividad empresarial en la compañía HORTIFRUIT, estudiada desde la experiencia académica vivida en la V Escuela Internacional, donde participamos de vivitas empresariales a organizaciones agroindustriales en Chapeco (Brasil). Dicho estudio se deriva de la practica académica internacional organizada por la Facultad de Administración de Empresas Agropecuarias, de la Universidad Santo Tomas sede Villavicencio, desarrollada del 7 al 22 de septiembre del 2019, La Asociatividad empresarial es un mecanismo mediante el cual las organizaciones unen voluntades, iniciativas y recursos, alrededor de objetivos comunes, con el propósito de ser más competitivas en el mercado global. (Ceglie, 1999) La Asociatividad se reconoce como un mecanismo que apertura la posibilidad de cooperación entre empresas con el fin de lograr ventajas competitivas, tanto para ellas mismas como para sus asociado, lo que produce es un mayor productividad, dinamismo empresarial y abarcamiento del mercado.

This degree work shows an analysis of the Business Associativity in the HORTIFRUIT company, studied from the academic experience lived in the V International School, where we participate in business activities for agroindustry organizations in Chapecó (Brazil). This study is derived from the international academic practice organized by the Faculty of Agricultural Business Administration, of the Santo Tomas University, Villavicencio, developed from September 7 to 22, 2019, Business Associativity is a mechanism by which organizations unite wills, initiatives and resources, around common objectives, in order to be more competitive in the global market. (Ceglie, 1999) Associativity is recognized as a mechanism that opens the possibility of cooperation between companies in order to achieve competitive advantages, both for themselves and for their associates, which produces greater productivity, business dynamism and market coverage.
