Abstract

The continuous technological advancement and its major influence in all economic sectors lead to a constant process of updating within organizations, according to studies by Gartner Group it is estimated that by 2020 there will be more number of interconnected smart devices than the world population which allows us to realize the urgent need to digitize processes in organizations in order to take that step and immersion to a "More Digital Economy". That is why the objective of this project has been developed under the premise of taking as a basis a sector of the Colombian economy such as Surveillance and Private Security which according to information from the website of the Superintendence of Surveillance (Supervigilancia) had revenues of 7.5 Billion pesos in 2015, generates about 240,000 direct jobs (private security guards) and contributes about 1.6% to the GDP of our country.
