Este proyecto da comienzo a su realización como creación de empresa gracias a las bases de las etapas del plan de negocio que son enfocadas desde un punto administrativo, deportivo, social y de la salud, el cual permitirá arrojar unos resultados de una empresa viable, identificando cada uno de los aspectos del negocio, la parte del mercadeo, técnico, administrativo y financiero permitiendo conocer las necesidades de la práctica deportiva en una población adulta que generalmente es olvidada por la sociedad y de este modo establecer los mecanismos para mejorar la calidad de vida y aprovechando el tiempo libre. De acuerdo a lo anterior se inicia el plan de negocio con un estudio de mercado para identificar aspectos necesarios de la población a la que se quiere llegar, un estudio técnico, para conocer características especificas tanto de las herramientas a utilizar y lo que ofrece, la parte administrativa fundamental para la constitución y que la empresa este legalmente funcionando. Por último mencionar que da viabilidad a la propuesta es el estudio financiero que muestra que el proyecto es auto sostenible y rentable, exponiendo mes por mes y año por año la planificación presupuestal en el flujo de efectivo, determinando también otros aspectos financieros como el punto de equilibrio.

This project begins its realization as a business creation thanks to the bases of the stages of the business plan that are approached from an administrative, sports, social and health point of view, which will allow us to show results of a viable company, identifying each of the aspects of the business, the marketing, technical, administrative and financial part, allowing to know the needs of sports practice in an adult population that is generally forgotten by society and thus establish mechanisms to improve the quality of life and taking advantage of free time. In accordance with the above, the business plan begins with a market study to identify necessary aspects of the population to be reached, a technical study, to know specific characteristics of both the tools to be used and what it offers, the fundamental administrative part for the constitution and that the company is legally functioning. Lastly, mentioning that the proposal is feasible is the financial study that shows that the project is self-sustainable and profitable, exposing budget planning in cash flow month by month and year by year, also determining other financial aspects such as the point of Balance.
