Nuestra empresa tiene como nombre comercial Ingenia Consulting “El nombre comercial es cualquier signo que sirve para identificar a una persona natural o jurídica en el ejercicio una actividad económica. Una empresa o establecimiento podrá tener más de un nombre comercial. Puede constituir nombre comercial de una empresa o establecimiento, entre otros, su denominación social, razón social u otra designación inscrita en un registro de personas o sociedades mercantiles. Los nombres comerciales son independientes de las denominaciones o razones sociales de las personas jurídicas, pudiendo ambas coexistir.”(Ministerio de Industria Energía y Turismo, leído, marzo 2015) dado a una empresa de consultorías de comunicación, que nace en el año 2014 bajo la razón social de MERA S.A, “Sociedad de carácter mercantil en la cual el capital social, dividido en acciones, está integrado por las aportaciones de los socios, los cuales no responden personalmente de las deudas sociales.”(Ministerio de Industria Energía y Turismo, leído, marzo 2015) por sus dos fundadoras María Alejandra Ruiz Rico y Estefania Abella González.

A, "Company of mercantile nature in which the capital stock, divided into shares, is integrated by the contributions of the partners, who are not personally liable for the social debts."(Ministry of Industry Energy and Tourism, read, March 2015) by its two founders María Alejandra Ruiz Rico and Estefania Abella González.
