Con el propósito de divulgar resultados de investigación correspondientes a convocatorias internas de nuestra Universidad, en la rama del derecho, la Unidad de Investigaciones de la Seccional Bucaramanga ha seleccionado seis productos, que tienen en común perspectivas del derecho global, tan de moda hoy en nuestra orbe, abarcando instituciones como derechos humanos, tributos, nuevas concepciones de familia, responsabilidad contractual, argumentación jurídica, matrimonio igualitario y gestión de datos personales. El lector, entonces, encontrará en este libro capítulos de investigación socio jurídica de actualidad global, correspondientes a nuevos desarrollos en el interior de la sociedad y que sin duda alguna despertarán interés por seguir profundizándolos.

With the purpose of disseminating research results corresponding to internal calls of our University, in the field of law, the Investigation Unit of the Bucaramanga Section has selected six products, which have in common perspectives of global law, so fashionable today in our orb, encompassing institutions such as human rights, taxes, new conceptions of the family, contractual responsibility, legal argumentation, equal marriage and personal data management. The reader, then, will find in this book current global socio-legal research chapters, corresponding to new developments within society and that will undoubtedly arouse interest in continuing to deepen them.
