Abstract

El presente documento tiene como finalidad la creación de un material de apoyo referencial para el espacio académico Voleibol, donde se atenderán contenidos desde el punto de vista conceptual. En este sentido, el uso y administración de este material estará dirigido a los alumnos cursantes del espacio académico Voleibol del programa de Cultura Física, Deportes y Recreación de la Universidad Santo Tomás y a cualquier persona interesada en la información aquí descrita. El voleibol, o balonvolea, es un deporte que se practica entre dos equipos de seis jugadores cada uno, en una cancha rectangular dividida transversalmente por una red situada a una altura determinada para damas y otra para caballeros; el objetivo es golpear el balón hasta 3 veces por equipo con manos o brazos para pasarlo por encima de la red, evitando que la pelota caiga en el propio campo; los encuentros pueden constar de 3 o 5 set dependiendo el nivel competitivo y la categoría. Es un deporte de mucha aceptación a nivel escolar, por la facilidad para su desarrollo, aunque cuenta con un extenso reglamento que establece las condiciones del juego. Al considerar la importancia de la implementación del presente manual como apoyo al desarrollo de las clases teórico-prácticas de Voleibol, estaremos garantizando la información de base para precisar los conocimientos sobre el tema, así como consolidar el discurso técnico requerido por los estudiantes en su futuro rol como entrenadores deportivos.

The purpose of this document is to create a reference support material for the academic space Volleyball, where content will be addressed from a conceptual point of view. In this sense, the use and administration of this material will be directed to the students attending the Volleyball academic space of the Physical Culture, Sports and Recreation program of the Santo Tomás University and to anyone interested in the information described here. Volleyball, or volleyball, is a sport that is practiced between two teams of six players each, on a rectangular court divided transversely by a net located at a certain height for women and another for men; the objective is to hit the ball up to 3 times per team with hands or arms to pass it over the net, preventing the ball from falling into the field itself; The matches can consist of 3 or 5 sets depending on the competitive level and the category. It is a sport that is widely accepted at the school level, due to the ease of its development, although it has extensive regulations that establish the conditions of the game. When considering the importance of the implementation of this manual as support for the development of the theoretical-practical Volleyball classes, we will be guaranteeing the basic information to specify the knowledge on the subject, as well as consolidating the technical discourse required by the students in their future. role as sports coaches.
