La presente obra de conocimiento desarrollada desde la Consultoría Familiar Sistémica en contexto Jardín Comunitario Múltiple Hans Hofmann, surgió del interés de comprender y explicar como emerge el Maltrato Infantil por Negligencia en niñ@s desde los procesos de crianza y educación para resignificar, transformar y generar nuevas comprensiones sobre la atención en los contextos familiar y educativo. El proyecto esta enfocado desde el paradigma de la complejidad, el enfoque sistémico, el constructivismo y los sistemas generativos, los cuales permiten orientar el proceso de consultoría. Desde esta perspectiva se plantea que el Maltrato Infantil por Negligencia emerge en recursividad con los sistemas de creencias, las relaciones, el posicionamiento de los adultos que cuidan y la pauta de crianza y educación desde estos focos se va entretejiendo los procesos de cuidado que son susceptibles de resignificar teniendo en cuenta el dominio de la familia, redes, los procesos de desarrollo evolutivo de los niñ@s
