Agotamiento emocional, trabajo en casa y teletrabajo

Abstract

For this, a form with the Emotional Tiredness Scale ECE was applied, which was answered by 79 of the 108 Ministry workers; who managed to be representatively significant with a degree of reliability of 94% compared to the poblation. A non-experimental, cross-sectional quantitative study was developed with a descriptive-correlational scope. As main findings were found that home workers tire much more emotionally than teleworkers; likewise, that exhaustion is perceived more in young people than in adults.
