Vivienda rural agro-productiva

Abstract

By understanding the new needs in the population increase and the problems that they have brought with them in the San Félix, Caldas district, the idea of taking actions that can lead to solutions is addressed through an architectural project that can be converted into a community articulator and a shelter for equal participation (the countryside, the township and the migrant). It should be understood mainly that, being a village with a low population, it has an active production and a life focused on the countryside, where it is reflected that 60% to 70% of the income to the territory are from raw material harvests and the production of products. processed. That is why, by giving relevance to the field and importance in the face of an expanding development space of the district, a shelter is required for people who today again after so much violence that existed, return to try to get new opportunities and development more significant in the economy, both for the benefit of the territory, as well as for the migrants who generate illegal settlements and deconfiguration of the route already planned in the place. Thinking in this way of a rural housing proposal that not only generates a shelter, but is complemented with agricultural functions, where the same product from the field, worked by the hands of the beneficiaries (displaced and peasants) can have a daily sustenance and manage a significant contribution to the growth of the territory, becoming an extension of it, preserving a dialogue with it and preserving a more direct and intimate relationship with what exists.
