Abstract

La solidaridad es vital dentro del gobierno corporativo no solo contribuye al bienestar de todos los miembros de la empresa, sino que, también funciona como medio de crecimiento económico para la empresa. La empresa no debe actuar únicamente conforme a sus intereses económicos, puesto que, está integrada por personas que dependen de la misma, razón por la cual debe ser humanista, lo cual no quiere decir que deba ver disminuidos sus ingresos económicos, mas bien, estructurar la organización y dirección de la empresa de manera que no se tomen decisiones oportunistas que privilegian solo a unos pocos y que consecuentemente contribuyen a que se genere una crisis empresarial con nocivas consecuencias para la sociedad y el Estado.
