El nuevo constitucionalismo latinoamericano se ha visto relegado es sus paradigmas desde su gestación en Colombia en 1991, es por esto que el trabajo se confluye en analizar los momentos que pudieron llevar a revelar una crisis o no en los planteamientos de esta corriente constitucional, y si esta crisis tiene una solución.
The new Latin American constitutionalism has been relegated in its paradigms since its gestation in Colombia in 1991, that is why the work converges on analyzing the moments that could lead to reveal a crisis or not in the proposals of this constitutional current, and if this crisis has a solution.
