El presente trabajo, detalla las actividades que deben realizar las Fuerzas Militares, en donde deben garantizar y preservar la soberanía del pueblo colombiano, los límites marítimos, terrestres y aéreos de Colombia. Como objetivo principal se da a conocer cómo y cuándo se debe emplear el uso de la fuerza por parte de las Fuerzas Militares, el cual se rige por la constitución política de Colombia. Así mismo, se resalta la importancia de los Derechos Humanos, Derecho Internacional Humanitario y Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos, ya que estos organismos tienen la finalidad de preservar y garantizar la integridad de los seres humanos. Adicionalmente, ayudan a prevenir que los uniformados se vean involucrados en crímenes de lesa humanidad

The following research details the activities to be carried out by the military forces, where they must guarantee and preserve the sovereignty of the Colombian people, the maritime, land and air boundaries of Colombia. The main objective is to publicize how and when the use of force by the military forces, which is governed by Colombia's political constitution, should be used. The importance of human rights, international humanitarian law and international human rights law is also emphasized, as these bodies are designed to preserve and guarantee the integrity of human beings. In addition, they help prevent uniformed people from being involved in crimes against humanity.
