Abstract

Este proyecto surge dada la problemática que solo el 34% de las empresas de Santander mantienen su operación luego de los cinco primeros años de creación, así las cosas, este proyecto busca promover la mentalidad y cultura emprendedora en Bucaramanga. Inicialmente se estableció una entrevista semiestructurada, para documentar casos de emprendimiento, estableciendo aspectos comunes entre los emprendimientos objeto de estudio, que fueron preseleccionados revisando bases de datos del CEDE de la USTA Bucaramanga y filtrados hasta obtener diez casos a documentar basándose en tres criterios recomendados por un experto: Popularidad Local, Impacto Local, Accesibilidad. Finalmente, se documentaron los casos de emprendimiento y se concluyó sobre información valiosa de los emprendimientos estudiados con el fin de replicarlos en nuevos proyectos.

This project arises with the problem that only 34% of Santander companies maintain their operation after the first five years of creation, this being the case, this project seeks to promote an entrepreneurial mindset and culture in Bucaramanga. Initially, a semi-structured interview was established to document cases of entrepreneurship, establishing common aspects among the entrepreneurs under study, which were preselected by reviewing the CEDE databases of the USTA Bucaramanga and filtered until obtaining ten cases to document based on three criteria recommended by an expert: Local Popularity, Local Impact, Accessibility. Finally, the cases of entrepreneurship were documented, and it was concluded on valuable information of the entrepreneurs studied in order to replicate them in new projects.
