Abstract

Este artículo presenta una investigación documental e histórica de las Políticas Públicas de Vivienda en Colombia, bajo los conceptos de gobernabilidad local, desarrolladas especialmente a nivel local y/o municipal en el Departamento del Putumayo, municipios que se encuentran en categorías 6; Los cuales tienen deficiencias profundas e incapacidad para resolver problemas de infraestructura, unido a esto el centralismo de las políticas públicas de vivienda, que son insuficientes para satisfacer esta necesidad; para lo cual se tomará como muestra el Departamento del Putumayo.

This article presents a historical and documentary research of public housing policies in Colombia, under the concept of local governance, developed especially to local and/or municipal level in the Department of Putumayo, municipalities that are in 6 categories. Which have deep flaws and inability to solve infrastructure problems, attached to this centrality of public housing policies, which are insufficient to meet this need; for which was taken as a sign of the Putumayo Department?
