Abstract

El barrio San Francisco de Asís se inicia en el año 1962, a partir de una INVASIÓN con el propósito de suplir la necesidad de vivienda de un grupo de personas de diferentes lugares de la Costa Pacífica. Con el mejoramiento Integral de este barrio se pretende mejorar la calidad espacial de los moradores del sector y poner en práctica una función social que hace parte activa de la gestión que se debe hacer en el territorio.
