Abstract

La investigación parte desde la necesidad de promover la educación física en el Colegio Estanislao Zuleta en los grados 901 y 902 de la jornada tarde, como una asignatura alejada de metodologías que distorsionan la verdadera intención de este importante espacio académico. Es por esto que se tomaron como variables de análisis la dimensión praxiológica y la dimensión lúdica, además, se identifica a través del juego, como herramienta pedagógica y didáctica, las manifestaciones de ocio y recreación al interior de ellas. El proceso metodológico se enmarca en la aplicación de dos herramientas de recopilación de información; una para el investigador que corresponde a un diario de campo estructurado con la variables ya nombradas y sus respectivas sub categorías; la otra, corresponde a la realización de un mapa cartográfico hecho por los estudiantes en los que plasman sus experiencias de ocio y recreación a partir de los juegos vivenciados durante el desarrollo de las actividades de clases que aportan a esta investigación. Se reconocen como principales hallazgos del trabajo investigativo, la gran relevancia que tiene el ocio y la recreación como mediadores en la enseñanza de la educación física en cuanto a metodologías y estrategias didácticas (el juego); en la contribución que la praxiología y lúdica le dan a la educación física para la caracterización de las acciones motrices allí presentadas; y los aportes al currículo en relación a nuevas estrategias pedagógicas para un mejor desarrollo de las clases en la asignatura.

The research starts from the need to promote physical education at the Estanislao Zuleta School in grades 901 and 902 in the afternoon, as a subject far from methodologies that distort the true intention of this important academic space. For this reason, the praxiological dimension and the recreational dimension were taken as analysis variables. Furthermore, the manifestations of leisure and recreation within them are identified through play, as a pedagogical and didactic tool. The methodological process is framed in the application of two information gathering tools; one for the researcher that corresponds to a structured field diary with the variables already named and their respective sub categories; the other, corresponds to the realization of a cartographic map made by the students in which they capture their leisure and recreation experiences from the games experienced during the development of class activities that contribute to this research. The main findings of the research work are recognized as the great relevance of leisure and recreation as mediators in the teaching of physical education in terms of teaching methodologies and strategies (play); in the contribution that praxiology and play give to physical education for the characterization of the motor actions presented there; and the contributions to the curriculum in relation to new pedagogical strategies for a better development of the classes in the subject.
