Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo trata acerca las Estrategias de Competitividad para el transporte terrestre de pasajeros de la Empresa de Transportes Lusitania S.A. mediante el desarrollo de tres etapas en el estudio. En primera etapa se analizó el mercado del servicio de Transporte terrestre intermunicipal de Santander realizándose un benchmarking de la competencia. En segunda instancia se determinaron los recursos y capacidades de la Empresa de Transportes Lusitania S.A. como rutas, precios, cantidad de la flota, sistemas tecnológicos entre lo mas importantes y como última etapa se relacionaron los recursos y capacidades de la Empresa de transportes Lusitania S.A. con las oportunidades del mercado. Este estudio tuvo como centro de la investigación al cliente, buscando mediante este estudio atraer, satisfacer y retener el cliente.

This research work discusses the Competitive Strategies for land transport of passengers of the Lusitania Transport Company SA through the development of three stages in the study. In the first stage of inter-service market ground transportation Santander performing competitive benchmarking analyzed. Secondly resources and capabilities of the Lusitania Transport Company SA were determined as routes, prices, number of fleet technology systems among the most important and final stage as the resources and capabilities of the SA Transport company Lusitania were related with market opportunities. This study was centered customer research, this study by seeking to attract, satisfy and retain customers.
