Actually, it has been observed that the conditions that present in the market are constantly changing, so companies must have tools and / or strategies that afford them to make to decisions in order to obtain a vision and formulate organizational objectives or goals that maintain them in the time and position them inside the business sector. The business practice realized at the company China's Car Autoparts S.A.S., an organization dedicated to the commercialization of automotive spare parts, seeks to advise the commercials processes, of service, purchasing and innovation in your catalog. Therefore, a series of activities was proposal to improve as, develop logistics methodology to increase the international distribution of the products offered by the company, support the decision-making processes and implement negotiation strategies with suppliers. therefore, were designed formats for purchases of foreign currency, also others formats were authorized and process paperwork for customs and other documents required for the importation process in Colombia were authorized and processed, negotiations were held with new international suppliers, with the purpose of expand the market, be competitive and offer products with better quality and lower price. Also, the flow of information between the different areas (purchases, sales and accounting) that intervene in the service process was improved.
Actualmente, se ha observado que las condiciones que se presentan en el mercado cambian constantemente, por lo cual las empresas deben tener herramientas y/o estrategias que les permitan tomar decisiones para poder obtener una visión y formular objetivos o metas organizacionales que las mantengan en el tiempo y la posicionen dentro del sector empresarial. La práctica empresarial realizada a la empresa China’s Car Autoparts S.A.S., una organización dedicada a la comercialización de repuestos automotrices busca asesorar los procesos comerciales, de servicios, compras e innovación en su catálogo. Por lo cual, se propuso una serie de actividades a mejorar como, desarrollar una metodología logística para aumentar la distribución internacional de los productos ofertados por la empresa, apoyar los procesos de toma de decisiones e implantar estrategias de negociación con los proveedores. Por lo anterior, se diseñaron formatos para compras de Divisas, se autorizaron y tramitaron formatos para Aduanas y otros documentos exigidos para el proceso de importación en Colombia, se realizaron negociaciones con nuevos proveedores internacionales, con el objetivo de poder ampliar el mercado, ser competitivos y ofrecer productos con mejor calidad y menor precio. Además, se mejoró el flujo de información entre las distintas áreas (compras, ventas y contabilidad) que intervienen en el proceso de servicio.
