Los psicólogos forenses tienen una participación activa y significativa dentro del ámbito judicial, toda vez que el informe pericial psicológico forense puede contribuir al esclarecimiento de los hechos que se debaten en los procesos o proporcionar conocimientos científicos y técnicos ajenos al Juzgador, el cual en algunos eventos ha sido de vital importancia para la toma de decisiones judiciales. En la práctica Psicojurídica I, se analizaron doce sentencias de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Colombia – Sala de Casación Penal sobre delitos sexuales en menores de edad, en ellas la Corte se ha pronunciado sobre la calidad de perito, la importancia de la base técnico científica del informe pericial, las características que deben tener los dictámenes en casos de delitos sexuales, entre otros. En los análisis de las sentencias se evidenció que la Corte ha observado falencias en los peritajes. De ahí, que el objetivo de la práctica II fue la elaboración de un protocolo de informe pericial, con observancia a los aspectos referidos por el Alto Tribunal en las sentencias señaladas, en aras de generar una herramienta que los profesionales puedan utilizar como referente para sus informes periciales. La pregunta central para la sistematización de experiencia, dentro de un contexto psicojurídico, fue la siguiente: ¿Por qué es importante que el psicólogo forense conozca la jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia sobre los informes periciales forenses psicológicos? Los instrumentos de recogida de información fueron: el diario de campo, cuatro entrevistas semi- estructuradas y matriz DOFA.

Forensic psychologists have an active and significant participation in the judicial field, since the forensic psychological expert report can contribute to the clarification of the facts that are debated in the processes or provide scientific and technical knowledge unrelated to the Judge, which in some events It has been of vital importance for the taking of judicial decisions. In Psycho-Juridical I practice, twelve sentences of the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia - Criminal Appeals Chamber on sexual crimes in minors were analyzed, in them the Court has pronounced on the quality of expert, the importance of the technical base scientific report, the characteristics that should have the opinions in cases of sexual crimes, among others. In the analysis of the judgments, it was evident that the Court has observed flaws in the expert opinions. Hence, the objective of Practice II was the preparation of an expert report protocol, with observance of the aspects referred by the High Court in the judgments mentioned, in order to generate a tool that professionals can use as a reference for their expert reports. The central question for the systematization of experience, within a psycho-legal context, was the following: Why is it important for the forensic psychologist to know the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of Justice regarding psychological forensic expert reports? The instruments for collecting information were: the field diary, four semi-structured interviews and the SWOT matrix.
