Abstract

La presente sección se divide en dos componentes: un referente legal y normativo y otro sobre los fundamentos institucionales. El componente legal y normativo presenta, describe y relaciona leyes de la República y decretos que guardan relación con los egresados, con el propósito de dar cuenta cómo el Estado colombiano comprende el rol del egresado en las IES como intérprete de la sociedad colombiana; el segundo componente sobre fundamentos institucionales presenta, describe y relaciona una serie de disposiciones relativas a egresados, de carácter institucional; en primer lugar de tipo normativo, que emanan del Estatuto Orgánico de la Universidad Santo Tomás, en segundo lugar de tipo conceptual, establecidas en el Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) y en tercer lugar en materia de planeación contenidas en el Plan de Desarrollo del actual periodo rectoral.
