La efectiva protección de los derechos fundamentales a la honra y al buen nombre en los procesos de retiro del servicio de conocimiento de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, conllevó a pensar en la posibilidad de implementar en el medio de control de nulidad y restablecimiento del derecho, figuras propias de la justicia transicional, tales como las medidas de satisfacción, bajo el concepto de reparación del daño.
The effective protection of the fundamental rights to honor and good name in the processes of withdrawal from the knowledge service of the contentious administrative jurisdiction, led to think about the possibility of implementing in the means of control of nullity and restoration of the right, figures typical of transitional justice, such as measures of satisfaction, under the concept of compensation for damage.
