Abstract

El Proyecto de grado consiste en diseñar una ludoteca pública a escala comunal para el sector norte de Piedecuesta, donde se analizarán las características del lugar para establecer la idoneidad de la implantación de la edificación en relación con el sector. Los ítems para el análisis son: visita al sector, búsqueda de un vacío urbano, actividades de la zona, equipamientos existentes y la cohesión con la comunidad, la identificación de modos de viviendas y flujos de la población flotante determinando accesos, plazoletas, senderos y la reactivación de la zona a intervenir. Se analizan unos tipos de edificaciones referentes para reconocer los componentes (urbano, funcional, formal, y técnico) determinado cual es la mejor fórmula para llevar acabo el manejo del espacio, la conexión y el confort del usuario, las técnicas constructivas y el manejo de las zonas públicas. El diseño espacial se relaciona coherentemente al usuario y las diferentes maneras de entretenimiento y aprendizaje, comprendiendo lo dinámicos que pueden a llegar ser los infantes por ende se crean lugares diferentes y agradables donde encuentre todo lo necesario para realizar sus actividades de infante y pueda divertirse y complementar lo aprendido en la escuela.

The Degree Project consists in designing a public library at a communal scale for the northern sector of Piedecuesta, where the characteristics of the place will be analyzed to establish the suitability of the implementation of the building in relation to the sector. The items for the analysis are: visit to the sector, search for an urban void, activities in the area, existing facilities and cohesion with the community, identification of housing modes and flows of the floating population determining accesses, squares, paths and the reactivation of the area to intervene. Some reference building types are analyzed to recognize the components (urban, functional, formal, and technical) determined which is the best formula to carry out the space management, user connection and comfort, construction techniques and the management of the public areas. The spatial design is coherently related to the user and the different ways of entertainment and learning, understanding how dynamic they can get to be infants therefore create different and pleasant places where you find everything you need to perform your infant activities and can have fun and complement what is learned in school.
